My work is intended to signify freedom after an upbringing of being controlled, both at home and at boarding school! Stating that I am finally being myself, free of convention, of rules, expressing unrestrained colour and form, a love of nature and learning to be truly ME.

I was a Navy Photographer in the 70's. I got my eye for art from my mother who was an artist. I couldn't draw or paint so my camera became my brush.
