I'm Ernie Hayden, a wildlife and landscape photographer based in Anacortes, Washington, right in the heart of the San Juan Archipelago. My specialty is bird portraiture, especially the American Bald Eagle and the Black Oystercatcher. These aren't snapshots. They're portraits.
