Thanks Juan, you got to see the old studio that I tore down two years ago in which we collaborated to do my Live Bathroom Art Sale. I am lucky that I was able to rebuild after the old space was slowly disintegrating from sewer excavation ruptures and termites weakening the structure.

You have drawers for days Muffy! How do I get one of those drawer stacks... its like old engineering document drawers or the like. I need one of those guys.
