He’s not carved, he’s cauterized. Named Yella Belly because he looks like he’s caught mid-yell as if fleeing the fire that made him. The only paint is the black of his eye, with minimal wood-burning to accent his wonderful character. He retains the natural curve of the tree along its back, with the bark of the pine from the tree he used to be.
