Descripción
This original work is a "Manual Resistance" ritual dedicated to the concept of sacrifice and presence. I have channeled over 150 hours of absolute focus into this representation of Jesus, not merely as a religious icon, but as the ultimate symbol of the weight of time and the human condition.
Using permanent ink on high-quality paper, I practiced controlled automatism: no pencil drafts, no corrections. Every mark is an irreversible vow. From a distance (Macro), the figure emerges as a monumental silent witness. Up close (Micro), the image dissolves into a dense, obsessive labyrinth of thousands of micro-marks, representing the complexity of the spirit and the "Horror Vacui" that I face in my studio among the Sila forests.
In an era of fleeting digital images, this work is a secular prayer to slowness. It is a fragment of my life traded for a vision of eternal patience.
