This piece was inspired by a quiet scene at the far end of a pier, where a man and a young child stood fishing together, undisturbed by everything around them. As the sun began to settle, light moved softly across the water and along the pier, wrapping the moment in calm. There was no sense of hurry — just shared stillness, patience, and time unfolding naturally. I was drawn to the simplicity of that connection, held gently within the light and the open air.
