For over sixty years I have travelled in pursuit of light. From the North Sea & the Baltic, to Portugal and the Bahamas, the Seychelles and India, it is the changing atmosphere of each place, rather than its geography, that has remained the enduring inspiration for my paintings.

Over the years I studied Nature in its harmonious beauty, discovering places where nature spoke to me. My art was created intuitively, always to bring and evoke emotions. The pieces were created to bring a sense of calm, spaciousness, and quiet sophistiation into an interior.
