Matthew Daredevil

Beschreibung

Matthew Daredevil gives its subject a playful, comic-book twist: a green-clad figure crouches beside a large cross-shaped form as pale flecks drift across the scene. Above, the bold “MATTHEW” lettering and inset portrait of a bearded reader add a knowing nod to the biblical namesake. Watercolor washes and lively ink detail bring a little drama—and a touch of humor—to the composition. It makes a distinctive addition to a reading nook, office, or gallery wall.
