Weathered River Stone

Beschreibung

A pale, weathered stone rises among smooth river pebbles, its fine cracks and earthy markings brought into focus. Soft gray, cream, and ochre tones create a quiet natural palette, while the blurred stones behind add depth. This understated photograph would sit comfortably in a calm, thoughtfully arranged space.

Stone carver in Montreal. Abstract forms in limestone and alabaster, mostly small enough to hold. Came to it from drawing and spent a long time fighting the material before I understood that stone only removes. Every mistake is permanent, which I have grown to like.
