Living in Iceland and not having painted a picture of Geysir just wasn't possible. So I decided to paint a picture of it. It was also good to see Strokk, Geysir's neighbor, which is still erupting. Geysir has had its good years as well as its bad years, and has felt the effects of earthquakes in the area.
