Another photo in a series of this massive installation was in one of the most stunning public spaces in America: Art Hill in St. Louis, Missouri’s Forest Park. It memorialized each victim of the 9/11 attacks individually with a large American flag on a pole about 8 feet tall, bearing a small tag with their name and picture.
