OCEAN'S KISS (2015)
ACRYLIC ON LINEN CANVAS (20WX16H)
"Ocean's Kiss" was made over a period of thirty days in October of 2015. Nearly every day around sunset, I went to the beach looking for romantic inspiration for my piece. I did not sketch or photograph, but made conscious mental notes and went home to add what I observed into the painting. The people in it are a combination of features taken from the romantic hearts I found.
