The second tier requires 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours (past year) or 10 million Shorts views (90 days) to earn ad revenue.

The best completely free performance tracking I have experience with would be of course Google Analytics and Metricool (more user friendly) - Hope that helps!
im not worrying soo much about anylitics atm,
renaming photos, , getting the paths back to the raw files, linking them all to an asset id, linking the story behind the photo to the photo, even locating where exactly the image was taken.
I normally have the gps in the camera turned off, but now I realise what a mistake that was.
Building a DAM lite for want of a better word.
But also trying to future proof it , my filing system and naming conventions were a mess,
