Well once again I hit the post button prior to finishing my post!

These past few weeks I've entered several of my pastel pieces into a couple of shows. I have a total love / hate relationship with juried shows. Mostly a hate relationship but I have to suck it up bc I'm an admin for one of the largest pastel societies and I must lead by example ;-)

Relentless - the piece above was juried into a show about water. This show about Water was not through any pastel society. I'm now wondering if I've been limiting my exposure by simply entering pastel shows.....

Do you enter outside art shows or strictly stick with pastel societies and IAPS?
