Monica, that collision of retro and future, I've seen a few artists try that and most end up leaning too hard one way. The fact you're holding both without letting it turn into irony says something about patience in the process. Curious creatures always ground the tech stuff when it works. What you're building sounds like it stays playful without tipping into cute, which is the narrow gate.
