Hi everyone, I’m new here. I make expressive portraits, animal studies, and odd little sculptures with vivid color, detailed lines, and found textures. I love giving familiar forms a storybook twist, and I’m excited to meet fellow artists and share ideas.

Donnally, welcome! Great to have you here.

The storybook twist on familiar forms is exactly the kind of angle that elevates a portrait or animal study from observation into something with real personality and depth.

I'm glad you're here. Your work sounds like it holds onto things, found textures especially, that patina a material brings when it's lived somewhere before you picked it up. I spend weekends at flea markets, so I recognize that impulse, keeping what another artist might sand away. What kind of found materials end up in the sculptural pieces?

Oh hey, welcome in! 🌿 The "storybook twist" ambition is honestly the whole thing, that's where a piece lands beyond just technique. Excited to see what you're making.
