concrete dust as archeological revelation of buried pasts - photoshop photo collage
The layers you're working with here feel like actual sediment, which is wild for a digital collage. That crumbled texture reads as erasure and exposure at the same time. I'm curious how you built up the depth, whether you started with scanned concrete or sourced textures and composited them. The burial metaphor lands hard because the visual language supports it, the granular quality makes me think of something uncovered rather than constructed. I keep looking at the edges where one layer bleeds into the next.
Concrete dust revealing what's underneath is such a strong concept for a collage. The archeological framing makes me think about all the rendering layers I bury and never see again in my own work, which is probably not the same thing at all but it landed that way.
