Arty's Short Term Memory
Curious if anyone has experienced Arty's short term memory as an AI Bot?
Yesterday I was having Arty help me create an artist statement based on themes it had recognized in my work. We were just about done with this (after an hour or so) but for some reason Arty shifted back to an earlier version we had moved on from.
I've had this happen to me on ChatGPT, but not this quickly and not to this extreme.
Any suggestions for how to get Arty to use longer term memory?

Hi Chip. I am not sure if this is the same issue, but when I use Arty to assist with how to hang my work in a space with layout, which pieces to put next to each other. He will start and then in mid response stop and I would get a "oops statement".
I reported it to support in the top right corner of this platform and this is what they said.
"We are aware that this is happening for some customers and are actively working to resolve this for users. We do not have a timeline on when this will be corrected but once it does, functions will return to normal and as expected behavior. We're sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience."
I would definitely inform them of this. One of the work around I do is copy the responses into Word so I don't lose the data. It is frustrating for sure especially after working on it for hours. At least with the copy, you can have a record and try and ask Arty from where you left off.
I'm pretty sure it's not the same issue. I've seen that "Oops" message happen if the hosting server (arthelper.ai) is too bogged down with requests or it "times out" for whatever reason. This typically clears up within a few minutes.
My issue has more to do with the memory capacity of the arthelper.ai AI Bot, "Arty".
Ok. Cause mine doesn't clear up and return. All the responses are lost & I have to start over. Even uploading a drawing of the space which worked before doesn't work at the moment.
Have you tried clicking on your chat in the left column? Again, it’s not related to my question, but you should be able to get back to where you were in the chat.
Yes. I have gone back and the original responses that were there before they disappeared are still gone. Support is aware and I hope they get a fix on it soon like they said. Thx.
