Every artwork post should include the essential details so artist connectors can pitching it effectively. Your post should contain: The Specifics: Title, dimensions, medium, and price. Availability: Post pieces that are finished and 100% available for immediate sale. Target Vibe: Mention the specific collector profile or space it fits (e.g., “Perfect for luxury automotive enthusiasts,” “Ideal for bold pop-art collectors”).
2. For Artists with a Potential Buyer(s)
If you see a piece of art that matches a buyer, investor, or interior designer in your personal network: Vet the Interest First: Reach out to your contact privately to gauge their genuine interest before making any formal introductions. Message the Creator Artist Privately: Direct Message (DM) the artist to coordinate. Use a clear opening line like: “I have an possible active buyer interested in [Artwork Title]. Let’s align on details.” Be Professional: Act as a clean bridge. Do not cold-spam buyers or misrepresent the artist's brand.
3. Referral Fees & Negotiating Rules
Commission Split & Direct Sales Goal: All matches are based on a pre-agreed sales percentage split between the artist and the connector. Our explicit goal is to bypass traditional art gallery fees, putting that revenue directly back into the pockets of independent artists and buyer referring artists. To protect both parties, executing a clear, professional agreement during the negotiation process is highly encouraged before any collector introductions are made.
4. Zero Tolerance Policy
No Self-Promotion Spam: Do not dump links to your website or print stores etc. Stick to the posting format for making meaningful connection with other members with a goal of matching artists with buyers (Please see rules 1, 2 and 3). Your contact and platform information should be sent via DMs to collaborating members only.
