I am a Wisconsin Based Artist living the dream. I paint and teach painting pretty much everyday. My goal has never been to become better than the artists around me. Instead, every time I pick up a brush, I challenge myself to become better than the artist I was yesterday.

Based in Overland Park, KS, my work explores the fluid rhythm of life and mental health. From acrylics and digital art to story driven reclaimed jewelry, I distill nature into stylized spaces that offer a sanctuary for emotional resonance and reflection based on lived experience.

For over 45 years, I've painted vibrant landscapes, coastal scenes, architecture, portraits, and music-inspired works. Rich color, expressive brushwork, and a sense of place guide my art, from US shores to distant cultures and imagined skies. Acrylic has been my media of choice.

After a career in engineering, I turned to abstract painting to explore my creative side. Working mainly in acrylics, I combine structure and precision with spontaneity, texture and movement, exploring the tension between order and chaos.
